As part of the 3rd Heart Week, a Volksstimme telephone forum will be held on September 6, 2022. The two UMMD experts Dr. Dörte Ahrens and Dr. Patrick Müller will answer questions between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on the topic of physical activity and sports for the prevention of heart disease.

The University Hospital of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Magdeburg, as a long-standing site of cochlear implant care and cochlear implant research, will hold a celebration symposium for its 30th anniversary on September 9, 2022.

Whether in nursing, in the laboratory, in radiology or in the operating room - new trainees are welcome everywhere at the University Medical Center Magdeburg (UMMD). Thus, at the beginning of August, 123 new trainees started at the UMMD Training Center (AZG). On August 11 and 12, they were officially welcomed in the houses of AZG1 and AZG2 respectively.
