Three nursing staff successfully recognized
Nursing requires compassion, dedication, and perseverance: qualities that Zeki Keles, Gözde Devici, and Arzu Karakaya have demonstrated over the past few months. On August 14, 2025, the big day arrived: in a small ceremony in the nursing directorate of House 18, the three nurses were honored for passing their knowledge test and thus receiving official recognition as nursing professionals. This was an important step for them personally and also for our team.
A journey requiring a great deal of dedication
The path to professional recognition was challenging. Over a period of about 10 to 12 months, Zeki, Gözde, and Arzu fulfilled the requirements for recognition. In addition to their daily work on wards Häma06, GHI08, and Nep09, they prepared intensively for the exam and passed it successfully. Their commitment illustrates how much dedication is involved in the nursing profession.
Success as a team
The celebration was not only a moment to highlight the achievements of the three employees, but also an opportunity to showcase the team spirit. Colleagues, nursing managers, patients, Director of Nursing Christine Michelfeit-Schaper, and the organization team came together in the Nursing Directorate to celebrate their success.
